Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a complete holistic healthcare system. It is a minimally invasive treatment method which has been used for thousands of years to help millions of people with all types of health conditions.
Acupuncture promotes natural healing by stimulating nerve rich areas of the skin surface to influence tissues, glands, organs and various functions of the body. It can enhance immunity, support physical and emotional health, and improve overall function and well-being. It is a safe, painless, and effective way to stay and become well.
Electrical Stimulation Acupuncture
Electrical stimulation is a modern variation of acupuncture which uses electrical currents to enhance the effects of the treatment. Electroacupuncture uses two needles in each or acupuncture point, and then connects to a machine that passes a small electric current through the needle. Electroacupuncture helps to block pain by activating bioactive chemicals in the body. It has also been shown to help reduce inflammation in your body.

Chinese Herbal Medicine
Chinese herbal medicine involves an ancient healthcare system which has evolved into a more modern, evidence-based practice. Herbs are prescribed by Doctors of Chinese Medicine based off a complex diagnostic process which is specific to Traditional Chinese Medical theory.
There are hundreds of well-established formulas. In addition, many practitioners create their own customized formulas using an individualized, holistic approach. Herbs come in many forms including raw, granular, powdered, tinctures, and topicals. The form in which they are prescribed is dependent upon the patient’s condition and needs. Chinese herbs have been used successfully for thousands of years, and are now being shown to be clinically relevant in treating a range of disorders, particularly internal medicine conditions.
Cupping
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a practitioner uses suction to apply special cups to the skin. It helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Gua Sha
Gua sha is a traditional Chinese healing method in which a trained practitioner uses a smooth-edged tool to stroke your skin while they press on it. This motion raises small, red, rash-like dots that show under your skin called petechiae. Gua Sha is used most frequently as an adjuvant to acupuncture in treating musculoskeletal conditions. It is also used to benefit immunity and reduce inflammation.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion is a technique which involves the burning of Chinese herbal medicine in order to penetrate the body and assist in the treatment of pain. Moxa is particularly useful in managing “cold” patterns where the pain naturally feels better with the application of heat. In addition, it is used commonly in digestive issues, irregular elimination, urinary issues, and gynecological and obstetrical conditions including breech presentation in late term pregnancy.

Guided Meditation
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Meditation has many health benefits which have been validated by many randomized control trials. It has been shown to reduce psychological distress, improve sleep quality, control anxiety and depression, increase optimism and self-confidence, and even lower pro-inflammatory signaling.
